Recycle Bin Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members to delete attachments from the folder Recycle Bin.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Client.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Recycle Bin:

• Delete: Allows a staff member to delete attachments from the folder Recycle Bin.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
